We have updated our Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy to be in line with the new Keeping Children Safe in Education 2026 guidance.
Main changes include:
The national introduction of the Families First Partnership Programme
Guidance on supporting pupils who are questioning their gender
Mobile phones in schools
Serious violence
Harmful sexual behaviour (HSB), sexual harassment and sexual violence
All staff expected to read part 1 of KCSIE in full
