School complaints procedure
Feedback from all stakeholders is taken very seriously and we always strive to do better. For this end we hope that feedback is managed before it becomes a complaint.
Parents should raise issues either with their class teacher or directly with Mr Barnett, the Headteacher. If either / both of these channels do not result in a satisfactory understanding, formal complaints need to be submitted in writing using the forms below. These should be addressed to Mr Barnett or to the Chair of Governors (email@example.com).
